Rolls-Royce Corp., Indianapolis, Ind., is being awarded a $150,920,770 firm-fixed-price contract to procure V-22 AE1107C turboshaft engines for the Navy (232) and the Air Force (33).  Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Ind., and is expected to be completed in October 2017.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.  This contract combines purchases for the Navy ($129,360,660) and the Air Force ($21,560,110).  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-12-C-0007).
