Lockheed Martin awarded $61M to repair/overhaul MH-60R/S weapons assemblies

Lockheed Martin Corp., Owego, N.Y., is being awarded a $61,425,658 basic ordering agreement to repair/overhaul 182 various weapons replacement assemblies and shop replaceable assemblies used in support of the common cockpit for MH-60R/S helicopters; the electronic support measurement receiver processor on the MH-60R helicopter; and the organic airborne mine counter measure on the MH-60S.  Work will be performed at Lockheed Martin, Owego, N.Y. (33 percent); Hamilton Sundstrand, Phoenix, Ariz. (1 percent); Northrop Grumman, Salt Lake City, Utah (41 percent); Telephonics, Farmingdale, N.Y. (12 percent); General Electric, Grand Rapids, Mich. (5 percent); FRC-SW, San Diego, Calif. (5 percent); Ultra Flightline, Victor, N.Y. (2 percent); and Kaman, Middletown, Conn. (1 percent).  Work is expected to be completed by April 19, 2015.  The applicable Navy Working Capital Funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Only one company was solicited for this non-competitive requirement and one offer was received in response to the solicitation.  The NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (N00383-12-G-010F).
