All Metal has designed a set of maintenance stands to outfit the Guard’s fleet of Dauphin helicopters.

All Metal’s safety first custom maintenance stands will maximize efficiency while increasing safety for the maintenance crew. All Metal has been working closely with the Coast Guard since last September to design and engineer custom maintenance stands specific to the Guard’s application.

As of mid-February, the U.S. Coast Guard approved the engineering drawings. All Metal is preparing to deliver the prototype safety first custom maintenance stands to the Coast Guard’s Elizabeth City, NC facility on Friday of this week for thorough testing.
