Air Evac Lifeteam has signed a lease for 12,319 square feet in the office building at 1001 Boardwalk Springs Plaza. in O’Fallon, Missouri.  The Boardwalk Corporate Center is a three-story building totaling 76,249 square feet in the Winghaven Building Park, situated in a serene setting adjacent to a preserved wetlands area. Boardwalk Corporate Center, LLC owns the building and ACI Boland, Inc. designed it. The building was completed in 2003, according to CoStar information. The property is managed by McEagle Property Services.  No financial or term details are available
