Grant Bell has been named HAI’s new videographer. Grant’s previous work includes a position as an A/V production specialist for the Saylor Foundation and experience as an international multimedia reporter in Urbino, Italy. He also worked as the director of photography on the short film, Writer’s Block, which won an honorable mention at the 2012 BEA Film Festival.

Grant’s many duties at HAI will include producing, editing and distributing media content to advance the interests of HAI’s members; development of media projects with members and committees; electronically documenting meetings, events and activities at HAI and HAI member functions, including HELI-EXPO^®, HFI outreach and fundraising efforts, IHST meetings, and the annual HAI Board of Directors Meeting.

Grant is a graduate of James Madison University, Va., with a BA in Media Arts and Design with a minor in Film Studies and Creative Writing.
