Following our story earlier today regarding the situation PremiAir find themselves in at Denham, HeliHub.com can confirm that Finance Director Mike Harding has resigned.

Mr Harding joined PremiAir in September 2004, and had responsibility for the finance and IT functions at PremiAir in the eight years since.  His role involved a wide range of tasks, including accounting issues, risk management, reviewing contracts and taking financial control for the business.  Prior to joining PremiAir, he worked in a number of financial roles for organisations such as De Le Rue plc and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

We can only conclude that the financial situation PremiAir finds itself in (ref the earlier story) is a key factor in Mr Harding’s decision to leave the company.

We are also hearing that someone in a key flying role has left too, but we are still investigating this one further, so please look out for a further update as soon as we are able to confirm the details.l
