NZ tour operator Heliview buys MD600N

New Zealand operator Heliview has bought an MD600N from Simm Samm Airways in India, primarily to use as a tour helicopter.  Bought in September, but only registered locally on 20th November and is expected to join the active fleet imminently.

Heliview is run by husband and wife Richard and Jolanda Foale, who bring complimentary skills to the company.  Richard has 24 years helicopter flying experience, and also provides relief flying services to the Taranaki Rescue Helicopter Trust.  Jolanda has a qualificiaton in International Tourism and Hospitality Management and focuses on customer service and administrative duties.

Heliview also operates Bell 206 and Robinson R44 helicopters.

The actual MD600 is serial number RN047, previously in India and originally delivered to a UK customer as G-PEPL
