The HAI Business Management Committee is pleased to announce a workshop at the upcoming HELI-EXPO in Las Vegas.

The workshop will be held on Tuesday, March 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00pm in Room N115. The workshop will focus on measuring and improving business performance by developing a system and framework that organizations of any size can use.

The workshop will also identify best practices for establishing visual and intuitive metrics that identify areas of business success, areas that are not meeting expectations, and provide guidance on how managers can adjust business practices and processes to improve overall performance.
