Aerobraze Engineered Technologies, a division of Wall Colmonoy, congratulates Robinson Helicopter on their introduction and success with the R66 Turbine Helicopters.

Global demand for the R66 is a confirmation of the exceptional engineering for the powerful helicopter.

AET Oklahoma City engineers were pleased to be asked to collaborate with Robinson in their design and manufacture of the Turbine Engine Exhaust Ducting installed on the Rolls-Royce RR300 Turboshaft Engine for the R66.

Critical to the success of this component was the weight reduction through the process of Wall Colmonoy’s Nicrobraz® Brazing Filler Metal to join the assembly.

Bill Clark, Chairman & CEO of Wall Colmonoy remarks: “Robinson has been a valued partner since the introduction of the R22 and R44 piston-driven helicopters, wherein, we produced the exhaust systems. Our Aerobraze team will continue to meet the engineering design and manufacture of Robinson Helicopter.”

AET, OKC, a division of Wall Colmonoy has been manufacturing Aircraft Exhaust Systems both new and overhauled since 1968.
