Erickson Air-Crane, Inc. (NASDAQ:EAC), a leading operator and the manufacturer of the powerful heavy-lift helicopter, the Erickson S-64 Aircrane, today announced that it will release its earnings results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012 on Monday, March 11, 2013 before the market opens.

Udo Rieder, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chuck Ryan, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET that morning to discuss the results of the quarter, followed by a question and answer session for the investment community.
