Sikorsky awards airframe sub-contract work to Erickson

Erickson Air-Crane Incorporated(NASDAQ:EAC)(“Erickson”), a leading aviation manufacturer, aftermarket provider, OEM, and operating company, announced today the signing of a Master Agreement with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp.(“Sikorsky”) to build fabricated aircraft assemblies. Activities under the Master Agreement scope of work will begin immediately, using a wide range of Erickson expertise in engineering, legacy aircraft production, and fabrication of aircraft assemblies. The total contract value is more than $5.6 million. Erickson expects to recognize the majority of contract revenues when assemblies start shipping in 2014 through 2015.
