Helicopter took off from platform Main Pass 107 and crashed straight into the water.  Pilot (named here as Patrick Becnel) fatally injured, three passengers (employees of Wood Group) rescued by USCG helicopter – two seriously injured and one uninjured.  Popout floats were deployed but helicopter turned over and was suspended under water by the floats
