Hawke Aerospace Holdings (“HAH”), a growing platform of complementary rotary-wing aviation services companies, announced today that Ms. Renee Wilson joined its Uniflight, LLC (“Uniflight” or the “Company”) subsidiary as Director of Sales and Marketing.
Wilson joins Uniflight after 22 years of distinguished service with Composite Technology, Inc. (“CTI”), a leading rotor-blade repair, maintenance, and overhaul (“MRO”) business owned by Sikorsky Aerospace Services. She rose through the ranks of CTI, finishing her tenure managing business development, sales, and marketing activities with ultimate responsibility for the coordination of all strategic efforts across CTI’s operations.
Joe Hawke, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HAH, commented on Wilson’s hiring, saying, “Renee brings a wealth of experience and strong relationships with OEMs and fleet-operator customers alike.” He continued, “She has had a positive impact our MRO franchise out of the gates, and I am confident that she will be a key addition of our platform’s overall corporate development effort.”
“I have known Joe and many of his team for decades,” said Wilson, “and I am thrilled by the opportunity to work together moving forward.”
A resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Wilson will be based out of the Company’s Grand Prairie, Texas, headquarters, but will also support Uniflight’s two other MRO locations in the Northeast.
Uniflight, LLC (www.uniflight.com), headquartered in Grand Prairie, Texas, is the premier provider of maintenance, repair, overhaul, aircraft program management and completions for both helicopter and fixed-wing operators.
