Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a sleep disorder that disrupts an individual’s normal sleep cycle. True to its name, it is caused by obstructions in a person’s airway. It can significantly impact safety because it causes excessive daytime sleepiness and cognitive impairment.

Dr. Tilton invites you to learn more about the modifications to the FAA’s policy on OSA that he recently announced in the Federal Air Surgeon’s Bulletin.
