Canada decides not to scrap troubled H-92 purchase

The plan to replace the Sea King fleet is years behind schedule, billions of dollars over the original project estimate and apparently beset with technical glitches.  Last year, the Public Works Department indicated it was looking at other aircraft because Cyclone manufacturer Sikorsky had delivered just four test aircraft, which National Defence has refused to formally accept.  See full story
