Word is just reaching the HeliHub.com office of a night training flight accident just before midnight on Wednesday involving a Black Hawk.  One of the three crew was killed and the other two seriously injured.  Helicopter was with the 3rd Battalion, 160th Special Operations Regiment out of Fort Campbell.
