The HAI Finance & Leasing Committee will moderate an interactive role-playing program that examines two case studies of helicopter operators exploring the acquisition of an additional helicopter, either through leasing or debt-oriented financing. Attendees will learn the essentials of helicopter transactions and, by reviewing others’ mistakes, will avoid experiencing them.

• My helicopter is only worth what?
• What do you mean it’s not covered?
• I don’t own my helicopter? You gotta be kidding me!
