All Metal MS, a global leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of solution driven custom “safety first” aircraft maintenance stands, assembly /production line platforms, hangar equipment, portable field equipment and specialty tooling, is pleased to announce that the company has moved into a new, more modern manufacturing facility. This move has been a yearlong project to build out and move into a fully-customized expanded facility. This facility provides All Metal 25,000 square feet of manufacturing space, with the potential to expand up to 40,000 square feet.

John Buscema, All Metal’s President and CEO, believes the new facility will enable the company to keep up with the demands of the dynamic aviation industry. “Our new facility will allow us to implement our complex fabrication processes, and engage a quality checkpoint system that will vastly improve on our previous means of production.”

All Metal CFO Michael Colasuonno led the project, and says that although the move did have its challenges, he feels the move put All Metal in a more strategic position to engage in future opportunities and expanded services. “Moving a manufacturing facility has is obvious challenges–delays, cost overruns, working with utility companies and governing agencies to ensure quality, delivery and expedience. However, in the end you tend to minimize the memory of those issues when you see the finished product.”

Today, All Metal has the ability to streamline a number of unique manufacturing processes and create an environment for increased efficiency. Buscema added, “With this move, we made a solid investment in our loyal clients. The move was a imposing and somewhat demanding on our daily operations. We hope our clients and partners understand the value we place on our relationships with them and look forward to providing excellent service as we move forward.”
