Accurate analysis combined with valuable information and technical guidance is key to providing a first class laboratory analysis service.  With this in mind and to meet the continued increase in demand for equipment condition monitoring, Spectro|Jet-Care has further enhanced its debris and filter analysis service by bringing advanced optical imaging equipment to their three laboratories.

The new system allows extremely detailed analysis of chips found on MCDs (magnetic chip detectors) or debris found within fluid samples, and provides a depth of field and resolution that is incomparable to using conventional optical microscopes, including the ability to view the magnified images in 3D.

To assist customers in gathering and submitting debris for analysis, and as part of a wider rebrand of the company, Spectro|Jet-Care has launched their new Chip Check Card Wallet which is available free of charge from booth #6933 throughout Heli-Expo show hours.

“Spectro|Jet-Care remain at the forefront of analysis services for all sectors of helicopter activity and has seen a continued increase in the number of samples being taken from current and new helicopter fleets” said Alan Baker, Sales & Marketing Manager for Spectro|Jet-Care.  “The in-depth analysis reporting, as a result of the advanced optical imaging equipment, alongside the technical guidance from our experienced laboratory technicians enables us to provide a much enhanced service to our customers”.

Spectro|Jet-Care hold accreditations, approvals or preferred supplier status for all engine and airframe manufacturers including Turbomeca, Airbus Helicopters, AgustaWestland, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Sikorsky and ZF
