Karen Gebhart, HAI’s vice president of business development, and Stan Rose, HAI’s director of safety outreach programs, are representing HAI at the 25th Annual International Women in Aviation Conference, March 6-8, in Orlando, Florida.

Participants in the conference will be immersed in the tactics and strategies necessary for successful aviation careers. More than 4,000 women and men from all segments of the aviation industry are expected to attend.

Along with HAI, helicopter industry representation includes Airbus Helicopters, Sikorsky, Air Evac Lifeteam, and Bristow Academy Inc.

HAI’s Stan Rose lead a panel of women in helicopter aviation discussing many aspects of learning to fly helicopters and landing a job in this segment of the aviation industry.

During the conference, Karen Gebhart was honored to be named vice chairman of the WAI Board of Directors.
