HeliFlite recently completed the refurbishment of its Sikorsky helicopter fleet. The upgrades included both interior and exterior refinishing as well as enhancements to on-board avionics and satellite tracking systems.

In 2012 HeliFlite began a fleet expansion initiative with the purchase of 2 additional Sikorsky executive helicopters. Shortly after, they began to refurbish each of the Sikorsky helicopters in the HeliFlite fleet.  The company saw a growing demand for helicopters that could accommodate 7 and 8 passengers. Since then, the company re-strategized their plan to include upgrades to 2 of the helicopters that would provide seating for 8 passengers. The third Sikorsky helicopter seats 7 passengers and features an on board refreshment center.

The upgrades are complete and each of the helicopters are slated to be in service in time for Memorial Day weekend and the summer rush.
