German Chancellor Angela Merkel toured the EC145 T2 with Airbus Helicopters CEO Guillaume Faury on the opening day of ILA Berlin 2014 during the German leader’s visit to the Airbus Group booth. The EC145 T2 is Airbus Helicopters’ latest twin-engine helicopter, assembled at the company’s Donauwörth site in Germany. Moving on with her visit, Chancellor Merkel stopped by the German Armed Forces’ stand to see the helicopter manufacturer’s Tiger UHT.
