Hawke Aerospace Holdings, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Terrance L. Reininger as President of Uniflight, LLC headquartered in Grand Prairie, Texas. Joe Hawke, Chairman & CEO, said: “We are pleased to have Terry join the management team. He brings a strong background in flight operations, engineering and maintenance, repair and overhaul.” Terry is a graduate of Texas A&M where he obtained a degree in Aerospace engineering. He will oversee the MRO operations located in Texas and Pennsylvania.

Terry brings forty years of military and commercial aviation management experience to the position. He spent 25 years in the U.S. Army as a pilot, maintenance officer; experimental flight test engineer and program manager. During his military career he was involved in the development and testing of new platforms, modification of existing systems and the logistics support of fielded aircraft. He holds an FAA commercial pilot’s certificate and is rated in rotary and fixed wing aircraft.

Since his retirement from the Army, Terry has held several key positions in the commercial aviation sector. His primary focus has been contractor logistics support programs. Some key programs included responsibility for worldwide logistics support to include upgrade/modifications of the Army fleet of Beech King Air 200 aircraft, Army and Navy fleets of Citation V aircraft and the Air Force fleet of Learjet aircraft. In addition, his teams provided support for a fleet of Russian helicopters and fixed wing aircraft in Afghanistan performing flight operations, maintenance, supply chain and warehouse management; flight simulator operation/training and training of Afghan mechanics on Mi-17, Mi-35, An-26 and An-32 systems.
