The Customer Support Center (CSC) of Helibrás, located in Atibaia, São Paulo, is certified in ISO 9001 and 15100 standards NBR, both equivalent to implementing a Quality Management System, and specifically the NBR for industry aerospace.
To obtain such certifications CSC adjusted its internal procedures to the requirements of standards, following the focus of the Airbus Group of companies “Product Quality and Service”, “Customer Satisfaction” and “Time to Care”. Under these objectives, a team of Helibrás mapped the internal processes and, for each, outcome targets which will be followed by a performance monitoring were proposed.
Gone through this process the activities of procurement, materials management, administration of non-conforming product, the qualification process for operators receiving / inspection / dispatch, the process of identifying and managing risks, among others.
The certification of CSC in standards occurred during the audit of annual revalidation of the units in the Helibrás Itajubá (MG) and São Paulo (SP), which were also adopted successfully in last October.
In Brazil, only 71 companies have aerospace certification as a NBR15100, as achieved by the company. Helibras has also obtained the AQAP 2110 stamps; ANAC RBAC21; ANAC RBAC145; ANAC RBAC142; DMAVEX, DAerM DIRMAB and certifications; and certifications Airbus Helicopters Maintenance / Repair and Airbus Helicopters Design.
