Additional Training Courses Now Available at 2015 CHC Safety & Quality Summit

People planning to attend the 2015 CHC Safety & Quality Summit now have the opportunity to receive additional training and certification by registering for pre- and post-summit training courses.

The summit, hosted by CHC Helicopter, the operating company of CHC Group Ltd. (NYSE:HELI), brings together top aviation-safety professionals from around the globe to share best practices and explore the latest in safety thinking.

This year’s event will discuss topics relevant to the theme “Integrated Safety Management Systems: Access All Areas,” as well as how SMS principles and practices can be effectively integrated throughout all levels of an organization.

The 2015 summit will be held March 23-25 at the Westin Bayshore Resort in Vancouver, with pre-summit courses starting March 20. Delegates wanting to stay on site at the Westin Bayshore Resort must make their hotel reservations by Feb. 17.

This year’s pre- and post-summit training courses include:

Pre-Summit:

  • Accident Investigation (March 20-22)
  • Human Factors Analysis Classification System (HFACS, March 21-22)
  • ISO/DIS 9001: 2015 Revision Workshop (March 22)

Post-Summit:

  • BSI ISO 9001: 2008 Internal Quality Systems Auditor (March 26-28)
  • BSI ISO 9001: Lead Auditor March 26-29)
  • Root Cause Analysis (March 26-28)

Registration for the summit and courses can be done at the same time by selecting ”Delegate” at the registration page. To attend the pre- or post-summit courses, choose ”Pre/Post Summit Course” when registering.
