Mr. Timothy Wahlberg, former CEO of Evergreen Helicopters and former Chairman of Helicopter Association International (HAI), joins Morten Beyer & Agnew (“mba”) to lead its expanding helicopter division. Mr. Wahlberg will be responsible for valuation and investment analysis for the firm’s global clientele. Mr. David Tokoph, VP Valuations & Technical Analysis, notes that “Tim has been a part of this segment of the industry from all levels and we are very fortunate to have such an experienced individual leading our growing practice.”

about Mr. Timothy Wahlberg:

Mr. Timothy Wahlberg, Senior Advisor – Helicopters, joined mba in 2015. His role is to oversee mba’s Helicopter Valuation Division.

Mr. Wahlberg began his career in aviation in 1963 as a Helicopter Technician with the U.S. Army. He was awarded the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry, the Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the U.S. Army Air Medal with 18 Oak Leaf Clusters.

In 1969, Mr. Wahlberg joined Evergreen Helicopters, Inc. as a Helicopter Mechanic. He spent the next 44 years with the Evergreen family of companies (Evergreen Air Center, Inc., Evergreen International Airlines, Inc., Evergreen Aircraft Sales and Leasing Company, and Evergreen International Aviation) holding positions including Director of Maintenance, Director of Operations, Vice President of Maintenance, Executive Vice President, President, and Chairman. During his tenure at Evergreen, Mr. Wahlberg’s responsibilities ranged from oversight of line and depot maintenance, maintenance production, quality control, component shops, material supply, major modifications, international government and commercial sales, leasing, appraisals, market development, and legal.

In 2013, Mr. Wahlberg left Evergreen International Aviation, Inc. to begin WAHLBERG Aviation Services, LLC, a company providing a variety of aviation support services.

During his career, Mr. Wahlberg served as Chairman and a Board Member for Helicopter Association International (HAI), Board Member for Helicopter Executives Association (HEA), Vice President and Board Member for National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA), Chairman and Board Member for International Federation of Helicopter Associations (IFHA), and Board Member for National Air Carrier Association (NACA).

Mr. Wahlberg holds an Associate of Science Degree and an Airframe and PowerPlant License.
