From May 14 to May 16, the airport of Massa Cinquale will host the sixth edition of HEMS Congress- media, technology and services for the helicopter rescue.

As italian leader in the emergency medical rescue, in off-shore interventions and in fire-fighting activities, INAER Aviation Italia is the main sponsor of the event and will intervene actively in the debate with four of its pilots, technicians and specialists who will treat the themes of Crew Resource Management in helicopter rescue, the Fatigue Risk Management System in the HEMS activities, the certifying aspects of electro-medicals and catch the error in the activities through the HEMS “Just Culture”: the experience of INAER methodology.

In addition, on the occasion of the event, INAER will provide one of its brand-new helicopter type EC145 T2 to perform medical training for the Italian Hems Association.

INAER- which currently operates in 40 operational bases on Italian territory and abroad with more than 600 employees with a fleet of 47 helicopters between rescue helicopters and aircraft intended to off-shore activities and the management of 19 Canadair of Fire Corps – is a key actor in HEMS debate, both as regards the issues of technological frontier and legislation both in terms of issues related to personnel management, employee training and risk management in disaster relief.
