Bell’s monthly program update was uncharacteristically brief this time round. but continues to show they are expanding the flight envelope further.  Here’s what they had to say:

The Bell 525 Relentless team reached another milestone this past week as part of the ongoing flight test activity and certification process by validating the predicted air speed capability of the Bell 525 of 165 KTAS VNE (Velocity Never to Exceed) at 8,000 and 12,000 ft.

Additionally, the flight test team has achieved over 50 hours of ground run test time and over 40 hours of flight time.
