Thales Defense & Security Inc., Clarksburg, Maryland, is being awarded $13,398,394 for undefinitized contract action delivery order 7014 under previously awarded basic ordering agreement N00383-13-G-003F for the repair coverage for 38 weapons replaceable assemblies in support of the Airborne Low Frequency Sonar System for the H-60 aircraft. Work will be performed in Clarksburg, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by November 2016. Working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $10,048,795 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is year three of a four-year contract with no option years. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), with one offer received in response to this solicitation.
