Mr. Anupam Narain Mathur has been appointed Vice President and General Manager of Terma Asia Pacific including Terma India. This appointment takes effect today. Mr. Mathur will succeed Mr. Jannik Termansen, who has recently accepted a new position outside the company.

Jointly, effective today, Terma’s regional offices in Singapore and India will merge into one region, named Terma Asia Pacific. Both regions are performing well, operating in close harmony with the headquarters in Denmark and forming an integral part of Terma’s global strategy.

Mr. Mathur joined Terma in 2008 operating out of the Copenhagen office, initially focusing on the Indian and Middle East markets. In 2012, he relocated to India to establish a permanent Terma representation in the country.

“In his position as Managing Director of Terma India since 2012, Mr. Mathur has performed professionally and successfully, and I am happy that he has accepted the new challenge in Terma’s strategically important and consolidated Asia Pacific region”, says Jørn Henrik Rasmussen.

Prior to joining the Terma Group, Mr. Mathur held International sales positions at Thrane & Thrane and Ericsson with special focus on the Asian markets.

Cdr. M. Asif Makandar (retd) is appointed Head of Indian Office, Terma (India) Private Limited. Mr. Makandar has a background from the Indian Navy and joined Terma in 2014.
