The Program Management Office, Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft is issuing this sources sought synopsis, as a means of conducting market research, to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the procurement and delivery of five (5) baseline Bell UH-1H II (Huey II) Helicopters, aircraft spare parts, special tools, operator and maintainer training to a Foreign Military Sales customer for the Republic of Kenya. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the UH-1H Huey II aircraft is Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. and data required may be proprietary to the OEM. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336413. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
