All Metal MS President and CEO quits with extraordinary email

After 5 years of serving as President & CEO of All Metal M.S. Inc., and much success, Johnny Buscema has ended his involvement with this company that has been besieged by internal struggles from its onset.

In 2003, All Metal was incorporated and launched itself into the helicopter industry to provide for the maintenance needs of the helicopter community.  Soon, owner Bill McNiff recognized his need for someone to manage the company’s mounting administrative needs and to connect to a reliable source of fabricators capable of producing the high-quality work he required for his company.   In 2010, by a chance meeting between himself and an All Metal employee, Bill was introduced to Johnny Buscema, a legitimate businessman and entrepreneur in land development, who shared Bill’s vision for the company’s future.  McNiff, being impressed with Buscema’s character, integrity and commitment to set things straight, asked Buscema to join him in building a company based on honor, integrity and product excellence.  They quickly came to a partnership agreement and All Metal’s new journey began just in time for Heli-Expo 2011.

Buscema immediately took the helm as President and CEO, while McNiff assumed the role of founder and director of research & development.  In Buscema’s first 12 months as President and CEO, All Metal’s gross sales and manufacturing output had both doubled while continuing to operate out of the small “mom-and-pop” shop.  By 2013, Buscema had transformed this small, nearly bankrupt company into a successful global business.  Later that year, Buscema, relying on his advanced real estate background, relocated the company to a much larger, streamlined facility with less overhead expenses.  In 2014, under Buscema’s leadership, All Metal’s gross sales and manufacturing output had more than tripled.  All Metal had become an industry leader with an internationally recognized brand based on quality products and strong customer relationships.

In March 2016, the former owner of All Metal and others within the organization conspired to take control of the company, purportedly removing Johnny Buscema as President and CEO. At the same time, All Metal had failed to pay several of its employees, including Buscema’s sister, Dina Gorby. While All Metal continues to struggle internally, Buscema has elected to leave his role as President and CEO of All Metal behind him, stating that: “If we seek HIM, I am certain that God will give everyone opportunity for personal growth through every experience; both good and bad.”  Additionally, “It has been my honor to build a team of such extraordinary individuals in which most of them are now no longer a part of the company.  Having a strong team was the key to the success we have had.  If I had to award an MVP, it would go to my sister, Dina Gorby, for the years of loyalty, hardwork and dedication she displayed toward All Metal and to the numerous All Metal customers she worked hand in hand with everyday.  After years of learning and working under me as an apprentice, I am proud to know that she has moved on to build a fully woman-owned company called S.A.F.E. Structure Designs. I am thoroughly confident in her acute business skills which will lead her company to excellence.   With that combination, I am confident she will do very well!  In fact, I’m excited to hear she is already working with some of the largest conglomerates in the aviation industry.  Most importantly, as I leave behind All Metal, I hope to have planted a seed of faith in Jesus with each and every employee and their families.”
