At the KADEX defence exhibition which starts 2nd June in Astana, Kazakhstan, Bird Aerosystems will be demonstrating their ASIO Special Mission System that will be installed on the Kazakhstan Armed Forces EC145 Helicopters

At the show, Bird and KAI (a subsidiary of JSC “NC” Kazakhstan Engineering “) will display how the ASIO system enhances mission effectiveness while supporting a wide range of missions from Homeland Protection to Oil/Gas pipeline surveillance, Search and rescue (SAR) and more. In addition, Bird will present their AMPS missile protection system which provides the most enhanced protection for military and civilian aircraft against the growing threat of ground to air missiles (MANPADS).
