An internal investigation by oil company Statoil into the cause of the CHC EC225 crash on 29th April 2016, which killed 13 people, has warned safety must not be compromised as operators focus on cost savings.   The company has published a report into the incident, the worst helicopter disaster on the Norwegian Continental Shelf since 1997.  See full story
