LifeFlight Tallahassee has closed its Gadsden County base, giving no notice to its 15 employees. They were merely told to attend a meeting on Tuesday, where the situation was explained to them. They may be reassigned to other employment opportunities within the company. The base was closed due to a declining revenue and the strain of keeping it open at all hours, reports Tallahassee Democrats.
