The German Navy has started to plan the retirement of their fleet of 21 Westland Sea Lynx helicopters. Before they can create a bidding process, they still have to formulate what requirements they are looking for in the replacements. The parties interested seem to be Sikorsky, AgustaWestland, Airbus and Leonardo-Finmeccanica. The decision will be delayed until after the German national election in September, reports Business Insider.
