The residents of Napa County have sent in dozens of letters and complaints about the construction of a helipad at Palmaz Vineyards. The Napa County Planning Commission has to go through these complaints before a discussion can occur. A popular suggestion is that the helipad be built a mile northeast from the vineyards, on the incline of Mount George.

Christian Palmaz has said that the helipad will be for private use only, but residents are still concerned over the possible noise and air pollution it may produce. The Planning Commission will decide whether to approve the environmental impact report that was given, and whether a use permit will have to be issued, reports Napa Valley Register.
