Aintree University Hospital has started construction of their recently approved helipad. Coming to a cost of £1 million, the new helipad is expected to be finished by the summer. BAM Construction are building the new landing area, reports Good News Liverpool. The news of a helipad has been met with much enthusiasm, from both medical professionals and residents alike, as precious time will be saved during the transport of emergency cases.
