Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE: BRS) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a $0.07 per share quarterly dividend.

The dividend will be payable on June 22, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 7, 2017 (the “Record Date”).  There were 35,217,652 shares of Bristow’s common stock issued and outstanding as of May 19, 2017.
