Crashed into the sea during artillery exercise, after colliding with the Bulgarian Navy Wielingen-class Drazki 41 frigate.  Pilot (named as Captain Georgi Atanasov) later died in hospital, with the other two occupants seriously injured but stable.  Serial confirmed in this article
