General Atomics is working to build large military-style drones, similar to their Reaper anti-terrorism drone. They hope that by 2025 the FAA will have regulations in place that will allow for unmanned aircrafts to fly 2,000 feet about US cities. Currently, the FAA is working with the private sector to update these regulations. The need for larger military drones will only increase once the regulations allowing it exist, reports Defence One.
