
Travis County commissioners recently had a unanimous vote to spend $34 million on their helicopter fleet. They decided on selling their UH-1 Huey and replacing their two 2005 model EC145 helicopters and one 2009 model EC145 helicopters. They hope that their new helicopters will help modernize their fleet, reports My Statesman.
