The Nigerian Police Force are worried about the crime surge that often comes around Christmas, as they have an inadequate number of helicopters. Four of their thirteen helicopters are grounded. Six are operational and the remaining three are on standy by VIPs. Apparently they new Inspector-General of Police has made no effort to fix the issue, reports INDEPENDENT.
