Multiple helicopter operators have joined together from throughout the Hawaii Islands to form the Hawaii Helicopter Association. HHA focuses on aviation practices, improvement of the industry as well as working with the community and state agencies to tackle concerns. It is a non-profit organisation and works with the FAA and State of Hawaii Department of Transportation, reports Big Island Now.
