
CHC now has three AW189 helicopters added to their fleet. The helicopters can transport up to 16 passengers, while having a noticeably quieter flight and less vibrations. The three Aw189s are the first in all Australia. They will be used to help transfer offshore oil and gas workers, reports Australian Aviation. They are joined in CHC’s fleet by several AW139s, EC135s, AS332s, AS365 Ns as well as Bell 412s and Sikorsky S-76s and S-92s.
