Discovery Air, the parent company of Air Tindi, Discovrey Mining Services and Great Slave Helicopters, has been granted creditor protection under federal Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. This means that they are able to stay in business and avoid bankruptcy. However, they will be selling Air Tindi, Discovrey Mining Services and Great Slave Helicopters. Clairvest Group Inc. has offered the biggest bid to buy the three companies, reports CBC.
