Elizabeth City State University is looking into starting a helicopter pilot training program. The program was thought of two years ago and there are talks of them joining with North American Helicopter for helicopter training. They are also starting a new unmanned aircraft program in 2019, where students will be taught how to fly drones and process their information, reports Daily Advance.
