This Thursday and Friday, more than 50 aviation safety professionals and leaders from industry and government will come together in Washington DC for this year’s USHST Infrastructure Summit.

The Summit is designed as an industry and government collaborative comprised of groups involved with and impacted by:

  • Heliport Safety, Standardization, Education and Oversight
  • Aviation Weather Gathering, Dissemination & Reporting
  • Low Altitude IFR Infrastructure Design and Integration

Participants in this year’s summit include representatives from: Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS), Association of Critical Care Transport (ACCT), Vertical Flight Society (VFS), Airbus Helicopters, Air Medical Operators Association (AMOA), Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), Bell, Boston MedFlight, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Five-Alpha LLC, General Aviation Manufactures Association (GAMA), Helicopter Association International (HAI), LifeFlight of Maine, Protean LLC, National Association of State Aviation Officials (NASAO), National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), Partnership to Enhance General Aviation Safety, Accessibility and Sustainability (PEGASAS), Petroleum Helicopter Inc Air Medical, Praxis Aerospace Concepts International, Inc., Seven Bar,  University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), U.S. Helicopter Safety Team (USHST).
