India has received their first Chinook helicopter from Boeing, during the India-Chinook Transfer Ceremony. This is the first delivery of a $3.1 billion contract between India and Boeing, first signed in 2015. India has ordered 22 AH-64E and 15 CH-47F(I) helicopters from Boeing. They expect to have all of the helicopters delivered by the end of 2019, reports AirForce Technology.
