The Full Flight Simulator (FFS) of Airbus Helicopters in Helisim (France) has been upgraded with the latest step 3 Helionix version delivered on new H175 aircraft.

In addition to the improved similarity with the aircraft real life situations, this update includes new mission capabilities:

• AFCS SAR (Search And Rescue) modes allowing to perform SAR missions with automatic transitions and hover modes,

• Rig’N Fly functions offering guided approach (with GPS) to rigs, insuring enhanced safety, especially for offshore missions.

As a result of this upgrade, customers can now improve their training on the simulator for their specific missions.
